I love these shoes. They have a larger toe box than any of the Metcons on the market. They pull extremely tight in the mid sole which gives them a glove feel. I have tried many and most of all crossfit shoes on the Market and these are by far my favorite Nike's yet. I highly recommend then

Very cool design but the shoe is narrow and is very tight. Will be returning the shoes. Unfortunately Nike doesn't offer variable widths in this sneaker.

Haven’t bought a training shoe since the Metcon 1 Banned. Thought is was time for an upgrade. I figured I would try the flyknit technology to help with foot stability. The first pair where way too narrow for my wide feet. Talked with Nike customer service and they suggested I go up a size. That did the trick! If you have wife feet, consider going up a size if you have the older metcons. Very comfortable and stable. Extremely stylish!
